How much to rent the backdrops?

Single day rental pricing start at $300 (+ tax). These prices include the arch/stands, florals and draping based on the rental item. Any other additions or customizations will incur additional costs. Specific pricing for each backdrop is listed on their individual pages under Collection. Prices include setup, takedown and delivery within most of Metro Vancouver, however an extra fee may apply depending on locations and set up/take down times.

How many hours does the rental include?

Pricing listed are for a single day rental with a takedown time before 11pm. Please note our new Late Night Fee of $125 which is applied to pick-ups between 11pm-1am. Event pick-ups after 1am are subject to a two day rental rate. We also provide discounted pricing for multi-day rentals - send us a message to learn more!

How does payment work?

We recently changed our terms of conditions due to COVID-19. To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is refundable up to seven days prior to your event. The remaining 50% is due seven days prior to your event. We accept cash, cheques, e-transfers and credit cards (3% surcharge on credit cards).

Is delivery and set up/take down included?

Yes. We will transport the backdrop to your location, set it up, and take it down. Transport is free within Metro Vancouver, however an extra fee may apply beyond North Vancouver and Abbotsford – send us a message for details.

How long does set up and take down take?

Wall setup takes 1-1.5 hours (we want to make it look perfect for you!) and takedown is about 1 hour. Arch setup and takedown is about 0.5 hours.

Can the backdrops be set up outside?

Yes – weather dependent. If rain or wind is in the forecast as your event approaches we’ll work with you to create a back-up plan.

Do you make custom walls and arrangements?

Yes – contact us with the details (size, colours, types of flowers, etc) and we will provide you with a quote. Please be aware that custom pieces usually take about 6 weeks to produce, depending on the sourcing of materials.

What happens if a piece is damaged at my event?

We trust that you will treat our backdrops with care, and we understand that a little wear is a sign of a good time! However, renters assume full responsibility of our backdrops upon possession, and if the damage to a piece exceeds $25, a damage or replacement fee will be charged.

Can I rent the arches or florals separately?

Absolutely. We get that everyone has their own taste and we’re happy to help wherever we can. If you prefer to use your own arch with our florals or vice-versa, let’s chat!

Do you create bouquets, centrepieces or other floral pieces?

Yes, we provide floral services with the booking of a backdrop and a minimum spend of $750. Send us email inquiry and we'll work with you to bring your floral vision to life.
